We provide training tailored to your needs.
Our training room caters for up to 8 users. Training sessions are hands on with each user having their own computer. We aim to create a relaxed environment where people are free to ask for assistance when they require it. Light refreshments are available and lunch is provided for all day courses. Some courses available are:
Available for new Attache Accounts clients at no charge. Gives users a beginner’s overview of the Attache accounting system, specifically, navigating around the Attache menu structures, enquiry screens, screen layouts and printing reports.
Aimed at advanced users of Attache who would like to know more about maintaining their Companies, Users, Menu Access Rights, Screens, Print Layouts etc.
Customers and Suppliers Training
These respective courses start at a Masterfile level and take users through to every day processing functions. Both courses also refer to the Products module.
Beginners and Advanced Payroll Training
The Beginners' session takes you through the basics of the Payroll system. The Advanced session is aimed at experienced payroll users who would like to know more about the setup of their Payroll system.
ODBC & KFI (Importing) Training
Aimed at the more technical Attache user who would like to read the Attache data tables in Excel, Word, Access etc and/or import data back into Attache. Exposure to macro/programming concepts is required.
Accounting Users Forum
Designed for the experienced Attache user these forums are a relaxed place for users to share ideas on the way they run their business using Attache.
